Giant Sized Violence

Giant Sized Violence is a podcast dedicated to comics inspired by the Japanese genre of "Tokusatsu" as seen in many famous giant monster movies like Godzilla and Gamera, as well as superhero shows like Power Rangers and Kamen Rider.

While the podcast was originally dedicated to the comic UltraMega, by James Harren, that series went on hiatus after 4 issues, which gave us an opportunity to explore the world of tokusatsu movies and shows that inspired the comic and that would appeal to a similar audience.

We now host interviews with prominent writers of comics like Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Ultraman, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, as well as discussion podcasts about our favorite movies, shows, and comics within the genre.
